Budget: $2000 (Negotiated services video services for free)

Rallied 200+ employees to launch #HappyGSO campaign, a dynamic marketing and internal change strategy. As part of the campaign, produced City of Greensboro Happy video featuring 200 employees in collaboration with Mark III. Within two months, video is the fourth most popular City YouTube video.

The video was part of a larger change and communication strategy that included meeting with 700+ employees to introduce initiatives that focus on employee happiness.
